More Ice more bad driving

So, yesterday on my way home on the south side of one of the two bridges I have to cross there was a truck that had decided to play bumper cars with the bridge, screwed up the guard rail and his truck. He must have had a great time speeding over the bridge. This is a common problem with drives when the roads are getting very drivable and the bridges are still frozen over.
